1. Digital Products
All products sold by LeadFast E-Books are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped.
Because digital products cannot be “returned” once they have been downloaded or accessed, all sales are generally final.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You purchased the same e-book multiple times by mistake.
- You did not receive access to your purchased e-book due to a technical issue that we are unable to resolve.
- The e-book you received is significantly different from its description on our website.
- The downloaded file is corrupted or unusable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Purchasing the wrong e-book.
- Not liking the content after downloading.
- Failure to read the product description before purchase.
- Incompatibility with your device where the supported formats were clearly stated.
- Failure to download the product after receiving access due to customer-side issues such as loss of internet access, device problems, or deleted files.
